ProService Finteco has implemented and maintains Quality Management System, consistent with international standard, confirmed by the compliance with the certified standard PN/EN ISO 9001: 2009 in the scope of transfer agent services for fund management companies, pension funds, life insurance companies and funds domiciled abroad.
In 2004 ProService Finteco the first time received the Quality Management System Certificate, up to standard ISO 9001:2000 (PN – EN ISO 9001:2001 – previous edition of the standard). Since then, the compliance of the implemented system with the standard and earlier assumptions is being certified every year by the independent, external certification body.
ISO 9001:2008 is the international standard of management aimed at creating such an organizational system that provides high and repeatable quality of products or services compatible with clients’ requirements and applicable regulations of the company. It applies to any organization – regardless of its size or conducted activity.
Granting the certificate brings many benefits. First of all, the implementation of the procedural approach to daily work, the introduction of the principle of management by objectives and mechanisms for monitoring, examining and analysis of processes as well as elaborating duties and entitlements of employees. Obtaining the certificate is also the proof of implementation the efficient management system by the company.
ProService Finteco successfully renewed ISO certificate each year since 2004.
