Paweł Sujecki
Graduate of the Warsaw Business School, Management and Marketing Faculty. He obtained the title of Master of Business Administration at the Polish Academy of Sciences and also finished postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, the faculty of Management Computer Systems. From 1995 to 2001 he worked for CA IB Agent Transferowy, where he was Director of the Investment Funds Service Department. Since 2001 he has been responsible for the Strategy and Development Department and Client Service Department at BRE Agent Transferowy. Since 2008 he has been performing the function of a Member of the Management Board of ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o., responsible for the client services area. In 2010 he became President of the Management Board and CEO of the Company.
Graduate of the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw. She started her career in ProService Finteco in 1997 in the Operational Team. Since 2005 she has been involved in the area of customer relations management. In the years 2005-2006 she was a Manager of Telephone Client Service, in 2006-2010 she was a Key Account Manager and from April 2010 to September 2017 she managed the Customer Service Division. Currently, she is a Vice President of the Management Board and is responsible for the Company’s operational processes.
Graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business at the Faculty of Management. He started his professional career as a cost accountant in Wrigley Poland, and next he was a university lecturer at La Universidad de San Buenaventura in Bogota (2002-2003) as part of AIESEC internship. In 2003-2007 he worked in Kraft Foods, starting as a Financial Analyst at the Department of Global Customer Supply Chain, next as a Financial Controlling Manager – East Adriatic Markets, to Regional Financial Control Manager for Central Europe. In 2008-2011 as Financial Director he was responsible for implantation of the medium-term operational strategy of the Avery Dennison Group in Poland, Bulgaria and the Scandinavian and Baltic countries. Then, he was appointed Financial Director in the Zelmer Capital Group where he was also a member of the Management Board between 2011-2014, responsible for the strategy and operational plans and for the financial area management, as well as management and financial reporting of the Zelmer Group that was at that time listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. For the last four years he worked in Skarbiec Holding as President of the Management Board, and earlier as Member of the Management Board, Financial Director of Skarbiec Holding and Member of the Management Board of Skarbiec TFI, being responsible for the financial area of the Company and for listing Skarbiec on the WSE. On 15 June 2018 he was appointed Vice President of ProService Finteco, CFO of the ProService Finteco Group.
Radosław Pyrka has joined ProService Finteco team in June 2015. He’s career from the beginning was connected with IT. Between 2007-2009 he was a System Maintenance Executive at eo Networks, which specialise in comprehensive services connected with maintenance and application development for Clients working in the area of financials, insurance and media. Then, in 2009-2015 he was a Manager in chargé of Maintenance and Administration in eo Networks. At the same time, in 2012-2013 he was a collaborate in startup of
