What do we do?

ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o. is a company offering professional and comprehensive IT solutions as well as services for financial institutions in Poland and abroad. The goal of our company is to provide the professional solutions, business applications and outsourcing services tailored to individual needs and requirements. ProService Finteco cooperates with major investment funds, pension funds, insurance companies and banks, supporting key processes of handling financial products and services as well as customer service.

The security of our clients’ data is ensured by advanced security systems, multi-level control procedures and restrictive access procedures. We have also introduced the Business Continuity and Recovery Plan, which ensures continuity of processes in the event of system failure and unforeseen external events.

For years, we have been conducting a policy of transparency of our solutions and emphasize the continuous development of tools and control processes. The high quality of the security and control systems introduced by us has been confirmed by independent auditors and our clients.

The effectiveness of our procedures is monitored by several independent departments in our company. Cyclical quality and safety control are carried out by, among others, the Risk Assessment and Internal Audit Department, Information Security Officer and the Company’s Management Board.

ISAE 3402

The high standard of our control systems and processes has been documented and checked by an independent auditor. As a result, we have obtained a compatibility report in accordance with international standard ISAE 3402. (until 2010 – SAS 70).

ISO 9001

In 2004 ProService Finteco received the Quality Management System Certificate for the first time, up to standard ISO 9001:2000 (PN – EN ISO 9001:2001). Since then, the compliance of the implemented system with the standard and earlier assumptions is being certified every year by an independent; external certification body.

ISO 27001

The information security system is periodically verified by an independent certification body, which confirms the high quality of our solutions, granting us a certificate of compliance with ISO 27001.

Turbine Analytics is a technology company specializing in providing software for Asset and Risk Managers. It offers financial institutions professional, yet intuitive and easy to use systems and consulting services related to risk management, investment portfolio, trading and operations.

Company Structure

Our company is built by Experts who work in Divisions and Departments. The core areas of our operation include:

  • Operations – transactions in Participants’ registers, in the PS Finteco customer databases,
  • Asset Administration and Valuation – administration, booking and valuation of assets in investment and pension plans,
  • Sale of products and services and customer services – daily cooperation with customers,
  • IT – development of IT solutions for the financial sector,
  • Supporting units (Audit, Finance, HR, Legal, PMO, Administration)

Paweł Sujecki

President of the Management Board

Graduate of the Warsaw Business School, Management and Marketing Faculty. He obtained the title of Master of Business Administration at the Polish Academy of Sciences and also finished postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, the faculty of Management Computer...read more Systems. From 1995 to 2001 he worked for CA IB Agent Transferowy, where he was Director of the Investment Funds Service Department. Since 2001 he has been responsible for the Strategy and Development Department and Client Service Department at BRE Agent Transferowy. Since 2008 he has been performing the function of a Member of the Management Board of ProService Finteco Sp. z o.o., responsible for the client services area. In 2010 he became President of the Management Board and CEO of the Company.

Graduate of the Warsaw Business School, Management and Marketing Faculty. Emilia Guz

Vice-President of the Management Board

Graduate of the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw. She started her career in ProService Finteco in 1997 in the Operational Team. Since 2005, she has been involved in the area of customer relations management. In the...read more years 2005-2006, she was a Manager of Telephone Client Service. In 2006-2010 she was a Key Account Manager and from April 2010 to September 2017 she managed the Customer Service Division. Currently, she is Vice President of the Management Board and is responsible for the Company’s operational processes.

Has successfully completed the projects for, among others, BNP Paribas Bank Polska, PKO BP, Credit Agricole Bank Polska, Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy, Raiffeisen Bank Polska, TU AXA, TU Aviva, Toyota Bank Polska, Narodowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny, Intrum, BGK, mBank Hipoteczny, Bank Gospodarski Żywnościowej. He worked in managerial positions at PwC and KPMG ...read morewhere he was responsible for projects related to accounting shared service centres, financial modelling, regulatory accounting, and designing of business processes. He gained operational experience working in managerial positions in finances at Optimus and Medicover. Recently, he has acquired experience in the Orlen Group where he has been responsible for controlling supported optimisation programmes (among others as a member of the management board at Unipetrol). The last 5 years he worked in a joint venture Basell Orlen Polyolefins where he managed finances and IT.
